My husband and I were selling our home and at the last minute our buyer requested a credit at closing towards our Shower... Tub and all the tile around. They didn’t care for the color. I can admit it was dated but I liked the retro look. Anyway, we requested they come back with 3 quotes. We were absolutely dumbfounded! After having a fiberglass tub incorrectly installed by a fly-by-night home remodeler, the tub began to fail and crack. Estimates to correct were $3000+.
